Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
  • 10 tbsp simple (all-purpose) flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 3 chicken white meat fillets, sliced into bite-size chunks
  • Sauce:
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tbsp Chinese rice vinegar (white wine vinegar will be able to work also)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tbsp nice chilli sauce (use almost according to the brand and how spicy you like it)
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • To Offer:
  • Boiled rice
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Little lot spring onions (scallions), sliced

Guidelines

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan until hot.
