
i am talking about really. Who doesn’t like fried rice? Okay perhaps my six-year-old does not because of the veggies in, but Im confident he's the only one available. 🙂 For my birthday supper with my family I thought we would go to well known little chinese restaurant. Plus it ended up being the bomb. However their deep-fried rice was excellent. But I held thinking, I am able to make this just as good at home and I have-been wanting it ever since!
Since I have discovered some awesome tricks about how to have the perfect deep-fried rice in my meal here, i needed which will make a huge old group for myself for lunch. The infant ended up being wanting it that time. But I thought, why don’t I add some necessary protein and work out meals from the jawhorse. You guys. The chicken offered it these types of amazing taste! I truly couldn’t think just how great it turned-out. Amazing chicken fried rice which much better than take out!
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken, about 2-3 chicken tits, prepared and shredded
- 3 glasses prepared rice *
- 2 Tbs sesame oil
- 1 little white onion, sliced
- 1 glass frozen peas and carrots, thawed
- 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce (pretty much to taste)
- 2 eggs, gently beaten
- 2 Tbsp sliced green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Cook and shred the chicken. We highly recommend preparing it in a slow cooker in this teryiaki sauce. (see records below)
- Preheat a sizable skillet or wok to medium temperature. Pour sesame oil when you look at the base. Add white onion and peas and carrots and fry until tender.
- Slip the onion, peas and carrots to the side, and afin de the outdone eggs onto the opposite side. Utilizing a spatula, scramble the eggs. Once cooked, mix the eggs with all the veggie combine.
