We loved this! It's a fast and simple way to use left beef and rice but it does not taste like remaining overs whatsoever. We utilized diced cooked ham when it comes to meat. I did not have any bean sprouts readily available, and would like to use them the next time, but we believed it was great anyhow. We added some Sambal Oelek at the table.
