  • Ecover Sponsored Survey Highlights Consumer Focus on Cleaning Product Effectiveness and Safety

    We are very excited to share the results from our recent online survey conducted in April 2010 by Harris Interactive on behalf of Ecover U.S., where 2,207 U.S. adults aged 18+ responded to the following set of five questions:

    The results suggest that a strong majority of U.S. adults believe that product effectiveness and safety (92% each) are important factors for choosing a cleaning product while 74% believe that they shouldn’t have to compromise between an effective cleaning product and a green cleaner.

    This survey was conducted online within the United States by Harris Interactive, on behalf of Ecover US, from March 31-April 2, 2010, among 2,207 adults aged 18 and older. Results were weighted to reflect the U.S. adult population. This online survey is not based on a probability sample and therefore no estimate of theoretical sampling error can be calculated.
